Genom att kombinera digitala resurser med praktiska exempel vill projektet öka kunskap och intresse för hållbar energi och miljöutmaningar bland både allmänhet och yrkesverksamma. Mål Projektets mål är att: Stärka kompetensen inom grön energi och miljöfrågor. Skapa öppna och tillgängliga utbildningsresurser för både samhälle och arbetsliv. Uppmuntra nyfikenhet och vidare lärande om hållbara lösningar. Främja samarbete mellan öar i Norden och Baltikum, där lokala styrkor delas och gemensamma utmaningar hanteras tillsammans. Förväntade resultat Utveckling av digitalt tillgängliga utbildningsmaterial inom energi och miljö. Ökad förståelse för hållbarhetsutmaningar i Östersjöregionen. Praktiska lärandemöjligheter via energilaboratorier och workshops. Stärkt regionalt nätverk som kan bidra till framtida europeiska satsningar. Green Energy Skills for the Future Overview The Green Energy Skills for the Future project brings together universities, enterprises, municipalities, and NGOs from islands across the Baltic Sea to develop accessible educational materials on environmental and energy topics. By combining online resources with practical demonstrations, the project seeks to raise awareness, inspire curiosity, and build competence in sustainable energy solutions. Objectives The project aims to: Strengthen skills and knowledge in green energy and environmental issues. Create open educational resources for both communities and workplaces. Inspire individuals to explore sustainable practices and technologies. Promote regional cooperation by sharing each island’s strengths and addressing common challenges together. Expected Results Development of freely available educational materials on energy and the environment. Increased public understanding of sustainability challenges in the Baltic Sea region. Practical learning opportunities through energy labs and workshops. A stronger regional network contributing to future European-level initiatives.
